Preparation Instructions

  1. Place the broccoli florets in a pan filled with cold water and bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling, drain immediately and rinse the broccoli briefly under cold running water. Set aside.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Add the garlic and dried shrimp and sauté for a minute or two until fragrant.
  3. Add the carrot and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes before adding the blanched broccoli.
  4. Cook for another 2 minutes, until the vegetables are just tender. Season with salt, to taste, and serve immediately.
