  1. Place the whole-wheat tortilla on a plate and spread the peanut butter evenly.
  2. Scatter the banana and granola, then drizzle with the honey.
  3. Roll up the tortilla, securing the edges with a toothpick if needed.
  4. Brush both sides with the olive oil.
  5. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and toast the tortilla wrap until the seams start to turn nicely golden and the peanut butter melts. Cut in half and serve.
