160g penne pasta
1 onion, sliced
20g shimeji mushrooms
1 tomato
20g chives, sliced
Olive oil, as needed
Black pepper, to taste
KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing, as needed
Preparation Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain and cool the cooked pasta.
Heat up the pan with olive oil. Sauté the sliced onion and mushrooms until fragrant.
Add in the pasta and a little water. Pour some KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame.
Cook the pasta about for a minute or until the sauce has thickened. Season with black pepper and serve it in a plate.
