Yogurt Banana Split

Yogurt Banana Split

Description of the Dish

We’re making the classic banana split dessert even better. This has the same flavors of a traditional banana split but we make it healthier without compromising the taste. We’re swapping out ice cream for Greek yogurt, which is a great source of protein and probiotics and will feel a whole lot better on your gut. The last thing we want after a long day of studying and classes is to feel even worse after eating dessert. I topped mine with some berries, granola and a drizzle of honey, but feel free to get creative with toppings! You can add nuts, a peanut butter drizzle or sprinkles to make it even more fun! – Julia Kuzman, The Ultimate Guide to College Cooking
