2 slices Sandwich Bread, 3 Hard-Boiled Eggs, 2 Tbsp KEWPIE Japanese Style Mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp Salt & Some Black Pepper Ground
Preparation Instructions
1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and mash with a fork.
2. Mix mashed eggs with KEWPIE Mayonnaise and season with salt & pepper.
3. Spread egg mixture on a slice of sandwich bread and top with another slice.
